Millie's Market is seeking for an Assistant Manager for the upcoming Summer 2026 season. This position is based on Nantucket. The ideal candidate will have retail operations and staff management experience and is comfortable leading groups of staff and on-site store operations. This role is responsible for aiding store operations, including, but not limited to; maximizing sales & profits, staff-scheduling, staff supervision, staff training, leadership, and communicating with other Georgetown Events businesses and executives. In addition to Market operations, the Manager will lead product offering discussions, manage ordering and inventory of products and develop merchandising strategies to drive retail sales.
